PADDLEPIT Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products
All PADDLEPIT items are made to order. Each product is created specifically for the customer at the time of purchase.
Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color preference

  • Fit preference

 

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us at returns@paddlepit.com within 30 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Approved claims will be replaced free of charge.

 

3. Non-Defective Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Examples of non-defective, non-returnable issues:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Not liking the fit or feel

Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

 

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The package was confirmed lost by the carrier

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Non-defective returns

  • Items marked delivered but reported as stolen

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

 

5. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund.

 

7. Address Errors
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
