• 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
  By accessing or using the PADDLEPIT website (paddlepit.com) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

• 2. ABOUT PADDLEPIT
  PADDLEPIT is a sports, fitness, and lifestyle brand focused on pickleball, performance, athletic culture, and community.
  Our current offerings include premium pickleball and athletic apparel and lifestyle merchandise.
  Future offerings may include a pickleball and training facility, fitness and coaching programs, recovery services, and community events. Additional terms may apply to future services.

• 3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
  All apparel and merchandise are made to order. Each product is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
  Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
  Items within the same order may ship separately depending on production requirements.
  Because products are individually made, certain return and cancellation limitations apply.

• 4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
  All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
  Prices may change without notice.
  Payment is required at checkout.
  We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment options shown at checkout.
  Payments are securely processed through our ecommerce platform.

• 5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• 5.1 Weight-Based Shipping Rates
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
  1 lb: $5.00
  2 lbs: $7.00
  3 lbs: $9.00
  Each additional pound: +$2.00

• 5.2 Free Shipping
  Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $35 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

• 5.3 Fulfillment Time
  Fulfillment time refers to the processing and production period before shipment.
  Typical fulfillment time: 2–7 business days.
  Fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time.

• 5.4 Delivery Estimates
  Delivery times after fulfillment:
  Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–8 business days
  Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, where available
  International Shipping: varies by country
  Delivery timelines may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier volume, or other factors.

• 5.5 Risk of Loss
  Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

• 5.6 Incorrect Shipping Information
  Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• 6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
  Shipping and delivery times vary significantly by region.

• 7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
  Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, color preference, or fit preference.

• 7.1 Defective or Damaged Items
  If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  Approved claims will result in a replacement at no additional cost.

• 7.2 Lost Packages
  If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement will be issued.
  Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement.

• 7.3 Non-Defective Returns
  We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items due to the made-to-order nature of production.

• 8. CANCELLATIONS
  Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  If production has not started, cancellation may be possible but is not guaranteed.

• 9. USER CONDUCT
  You agree not to use the website for unlawful activities; attempt to disrupt website functionality; upload harmful or malicious content; or violate intellectual property rights belonging to PADDLEPIT.

• 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  All content, logos, images, product designs, text, and branding on paddlepit.com are owned by PADDLEPIT.
  Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any materials is prohibited.

• 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  PADDLEPIT’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
  We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

• 12. PRIVACY POLICY

• 13. GOVERNING LAW
  These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
