PADDLEPIT Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All items from PADDLEPIT are made to order. Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery times listed below refer to the time after your order has been fulfilled.

Standard Shipping (3–8 business days)
Calculated based on order weight:
1 lb = $5.00
2 lbs = $7.00
3 lbs = $9.00
Each additional pound: +$2.00

Free Standard Shipping
Available on U.S. orders of $35 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

Express Shipping (1–3 business days)
Pricing varies based on carrier availability and order weight.
Shown at checkout if available for your area.

 

2. Fulfillment Time (Made-to-Order Production)
Because each item is produced specifically for you:

• Typical fulfillment time: 2–7 business days

• Fulfillment may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods

• Items in your order may ship separately depending on production timing

 

3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and select international locations.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

 

4. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to:

• Customs duties

• VAT

• Import taxes

• Carrier handling fees

These fees are determined by your country and are not included in PADDLEPIT’s shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for all import-related charges.

 

5. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement.
A package marked “delivered” by the carrier is considered successfully delivered and is not eligible for refund or replacement.

 

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include photos of the issue for review.

Delays:

 

Carrier delays (weather, holidays, customs, routing, etc.) are outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

 

6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

 

7. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
